Whether you are purchasing a luxury timepiece or a functional watch, we ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. 1. Shipping Locations
Corepulsepc ships both domestically and internationally. We offer shipping to the United States, including all 50 states, as well as to select international locations. Please check the shipping options at checkout for international availability.
If you are located outside the U.S., customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Processing Time
Once you complete your order and payment is successfully processed, we aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your shipment. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or customs processing for international orders.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer a range of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. The available shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Below are the general shipping methods available:
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. This option is available at a lower cost and is ideal for those who are not in a rush to receive their order.
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days. If you need your order sooner, this option ensures faster processing and delivery.
- Overnight Shipping (Domestic): Available for next-day delivery. This is the fastest shipping option, ideal for urgent orders. Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST to qualify for overnight shipping.
- International Shipping: Shipping times vary based on the destination country. Typically, international orders will arrive within 10-15 business days, but please note that customs processing times may add additional delays. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process and depend on factors such as the destination, shipping method, and size/weight of the order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment. You can track your order by clicking the link provided in the email or by visiting the carrier’s website directly. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ship orders promptly, there are instances where delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, high demand, or carrier delays. If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updated delivery estimates.
Please note that during peak shopping seasons (such as holidays), shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have restrictions on shipping due to regulations or their size/weight. We will notify you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers.
7. Address Accuracy
It is crucial that you provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout. Corepulsepc is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order. If you realize there is an error with your address, please contact us immediately to correct it before your order is shipped.
8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Currently, Corepulsepc only allows orders to be shipped to a single address per order. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments
Corepulsepc is committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely. However, once an order is shipped and handed over to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier for delivery. If your shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.
In the rare case that your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund based on our Refund and Returns Policy.
10. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may be applied upon entry into your country. Corepulsepc does not have control over these fees, and they are set by the customs authorities in your country.
If your package is held in customs, it may take additional time for delivery. We are not responsible for any customs delays or fees.
11. Free Shipping
From time to time, Corepulsepc may offer promotional free shipping. This offer is subject to certain conditions, such as a minimum order value or specific shipping destinations. Please check the terms of the offer at checkout to confirm eligibility.
